Date File Miles "Tails" Prower was born into the world on a bright sunny day, just as his father Amadaeus was being Roboticized after discovering Warlord Julian's plan to seize control of the Kingdom of Acorn. From that points forward, it would be another ten years before young Miles would know a world at peace. During his formative years, young Miles develped a very close friendship with a hedgehog five years older than he know to all as Sonic. So attached was Miles to Sonic that rarely could you find one without the other, especially after Miles' mother Rosemary mysteriously dissapeared one day. From that day forward they were inseparable. Several years later, the status quo changed when Sonic began accompanying Princess Sally, Rotor and Antoine on missions behind enemy lines, hoping to do their part in the fight against Robotnik for what he did to their parents. Young Miles, for by this time more commonly reffered to as "Tails" because of his unique twin tails, very much resented not being allowed to come along on account of his junior status. In an effor to placate the young cub fox, Princess Sally had Rotor build him a submersible vessel known as the Sea Fox. Eager to try it out, Tails discovered it one shortcoming: It couldn't work without oil. Since Sally hadn't authorized any oil to be allocated for use in the Sea Fox, Tails was forced to rely on his own devices. After locating enough of the precious fuel to power the submarine, Tails then take off in search of adventure. One of the most heart wrenching ordeals Tails experienced was his encounter with the beatiful and intelligent Fiona Fox, whome he fell in love with for the first time. So crushed was he upon discovering Fiona was a robotic creation of Robotnik's that it would be a long time before he would allow himself to be smitten by a girl again. It was also during another of these adventures that Tails met with the echinda Aithair, the Ancient Walkers and the Downunda Freedom Fighters, all of who would have some effect on his life in the years to come having learned now designated "The Chosen One", Mobius' greatest savior in it's hour of need. When Mammoth Mogul acquired the power of the Chaos Emerald, the situation appeared to be very grim until the Turbo power manifested itself within Tails, the first physiucal sign that he was different from all others. Unknownt to everyone at the time, however, it was during this battle that the Miles "Tails" Prower everyone knew and loved was mysteriously replaced with an excact doppleganger, who believerd that he was the real true Tails. From that point on, everyone had assumed all was normal with Tails. It took a battle royale with the Chaos-power enhanced Knuckles for Athair and Tails' uncle Merlin to learn the truth. After sicovering the current Tails was not the original Tails, the pair conspired to maintain the secret until they could ascertain the whereabouts of their Tails. Since then, no one has yet learend the secret, and it only a matter of time beofre the fate of Miles "Tails Prower becomes known. However, after the return of Mammoth Mogul, Sonic and "Tails" ventured to his new lair, only to find the real Tails in suspended animation. It only took a battle with the returned Mammoth Mogul for Tails to realize he wasn't the real Tails, and the new Tails to come back. Sadly, when his real counterpart returned to reality, the doppleganger simply ceased to exist, leaving everyone he had come to know and love behind.
