This was the pilot episode. All the characters appear as they did in the early Sonic comics (they act pretty mucht he same too) except Sally is pink. Sally and Co. are trying to build some catapults, but they have only one problem. The cotter pins they are using are made of wood, so when they increase the payload they break. They send Sonic into Robotropolis to get some metal cotter pins. Sonic takes Tails with him, they encounter Sonic?s dog Muttski while they are there. They also discover a plan by Robotnik to destroy the Great Forest using some kind of chemical, and a Hedgehog Missile. Sonic and Tails make it back in time to help the freedom fighters get ready for the attack, but the buzzbombers have to come within range of the catapults. Sonic goes out to draw them nearer, but they launch the hedgehog missile. Will Sonic evade it? Will the freedom fighters manage to stop the buzzbombers in time, or will Robotnik succeed and destory the great forest?

When Tails asks his fellow freedom fighters if they want to play Dirt hockey with them, he gets turned down (Sonic nearly said yes but he was suddenly needed elsewhere). So when he goes into the forest to play, he finds a baby Terrapod (dinosaur) and brings him to Knothole. Unfortunately baby-T (as Tails calls him) must return to his herd. Sally is worried however because they are going the wrong way. They are supposed to be migrating to a place called Boulder Bay. Sally tries to use a translator she made to study the Terrapods when she was little, but it doesn?t work. The terrapods want to go through the jungle, at first the freedom fighters say no, but when Robotnik comes after them they head into the jungle. They fight off Metal eating plants, and Robotnik looking for the path throught he jungle. Do they make it out, or do the plants and Robotnik defeat them? Will the Terrapods survive, or will Robotnik enslave them for beasts of burden?

In this episode, Robotnik is using a special machine to mine for oil, this causes extreme pollution which is killing some of the trees and has polluted an underground dwelling place which is lived in by a wierd creature (who is very large). While Sonic is fishing (and playing a guitar) he discovers some special water which causes things to grow exponentially. Sonic and Co. go down into the subterranean world and discover all that's going on down there. Sonic gets into Robotnik's drilling well and destroys it (he uses the buttons as piano keys and sings the same song he sang on his guitar). The giant creature then proceeds to give Sonic a vial of the special water and Sonic uses it to restore the Great Forest.

While on a mission to sabotage Robotnik?s transit system command center, Sonic, Sally, and Antione are nearly captured in a tunnel (after sabotaging the center first of course). they are suddenly rescued by a goat named Griff, who takes them to an underground city called "Lower Mobius." Lower Mobius was powered by a crystal (one that looked like it?s usage was about burned out). Sonic didn?t notice though cause he isntantly headed for some chili dogs. He was interrupted when Rat Bots (Tunneling Rats that Dr. R built long ago that are now wild) try to penetrate the tunnel system the LM?s (Lower Mobians) use to move around. Griff took Sonic and Co. to face the threat, but the gears on their vehicle messed up and they go stuck while two rats were heading towards them. Griff worked on fixing the vehicle while Sonic fought the rats. He beat off the rats, but then the biggest of the tunneling rats (Griff said it was a mutant) showed up. Griff still hadn?t fixed the gear shift though, so Sonic pushed them out using a power ring. (Griff was extremely interested by this power ring, perhaps their generator was dying). Griff decided to try and get the power rock that was used to create the power rings to replace their crystal, so he tried by getting as close to Sally as he could (strangely enough, jealousy ran through both Sonic, and Antione). He finally stole it when they got to knothole, but Sonic came looking for it, he found it and the Mutant Rat. Will he manage to save Lower Mobius from the Rat Bots, or will he fail? Will he get the power rock (stone) back or will he be without power rings?

While on a mission to sabotage yet another facility (Swat bot Production plant) Sally gets captured by Robotnik and replaced by a robotic duplicate. Sonic manages to rescue "Sally." Robotnik tries to roboticize the real Sally but the Roboticizer stops working. The Robot manages to fool everyone except Tails who figures it out at first when she doesn?t do something called the "Funny kiss," as well as other strange occurences (red laser eyes, hatred of growing things, etc.). He tries to warn Sonic but Sonic just lets it pass. Sonic and Sally (the robot) return to Robotropolis the next day to try again to level the factory. Will Sonic discover the robot? Will he be able to save Sally before she is roboticized? Or will the Freedom Fighters be captured and Sally turned into a bot?

Sonic and Sally try to sabotage the roboticizer while downloading some of it?s software, when they are suddenly found. They escape to a rendevous point using a hovercraft. The rendevous point just happens to be a subway that?s heading for a crystal mine, and Uncle Chuck is there. Sonic and Sally, meet up with Antione, Rotor and Bunny, and they take Uncle Chuck. Sonic restores his free will with a power ring, then Chuck tells them about Dr. R?s crystal mine, and that they have to sabotage it as well (because moving that much active crystal could destroy the entire eco-system). They arrive at the mine and Chuck sends Sally, Ant, and Rotor to take out the command center. He takes Sonica nd bunny with him to take over a giant Dino-bot. Is Sonic able to stop the cranes from lifting the crystal? Has he finally managed to restore Ucnle Chuck's free will? Or will they be captured underground where no one will know what they tried to do?

#7. Sonic Racer

Sonic, Sally, and Bunnie went into Robotropolis to destroy the main power generator, they succeeded but Dr.R had a backup. In retaliation Robotnik set up a speed contest to capture Sonic. Sonic, however, thought this would be the perfect distraction for Sally and Bunnie to destroy the backup generator. Sonic went, but he discovered that Robotnik had made a new robot (specifically for this speed contest).

The robot was fast, but that wasn’t all it had in store. It was amde to kill Sonic, so it had extras. While Sonic was racing, Sally was working on destroying the backup generator. When the sabotage attempt gets messed up, Sonic abandoned the race to go and save Ant (who came along and got stuck on a conveyor belt that will crush him).

Will Sonic arrive in time to save Ant from certain death? Will Sonic and Co. destroy the power generator? Sonic is faster than the robot, but will he return to the race after the sabotage is completed?

#8. Hooked On Sonics

When Robotnik unleashes his new Shredder Machine (a robot that targtes living things then takes the life force out of them), Sonic shows up and destroys it. Ant gets jealous because of the attention he gets from the rest of the FF’s (especially Sally) and so he decides to capture Dr. R. He takes a power ring and uses it as bait to lure Robotnik, but when he arrives, Dr. R captures him and the pwer ring. He uses the ring to power his new Sonic Radar (it tracks anything movig at super sonic speeds so that he can hit them with this over kill laser). Sonic has to go in and rescue Ant but on his way Robotnik leaves with another shredder machine to take out the Great Forest. Will Sonic make it in time to save the Great Forest, how will he get there?

#9. Harmonic Sonic

Robotnik launched a spy satellite (name Sky Spy) into Mobius’ upper orbit to track the location of Knothole. Fortunately one of the boosters crashed in the Great Forest. With this booster Sonic and Rotor managed to reach the satellite, but basically as soon as they go in they were discovered. They escaped from a surveilance bot, but they didn’t know where the sensors were. Sonic impersonated a bot and entered some sort of bot bar (kinda like the Mos Eisly Cantina off Star Wars) and played an electric guitar, unfortunately it wasn’t any good so he had to trick a bot to tell him where the sensors were. He pushed his luck a little far and lost his helmet, he got out of the bar quickly and took rotor to where the sensors were. Once there they destroyed them as well as the sat. They returned home, but it wasn’t over yet the sat was going to crash into Mobius causing a lot of destruction. Will Sonic manage to prevent the destruction of Mobius from the giant satellite?

#10. Sonic's Nightmare

Sonic has a horrible nightmare in which Sally is roboticized and there’s nothing Sonic could do to saver her. The next day Sally tells them of Dr. R’s plan to seed clouds with toxins (which would cause Acid rain). So Sally, Ant, and Bunnie disguise themselves as swatbots to get into the Cloudbuster (the seeding ship) and sabotage it; while Sonic runs ahead to a place called Nimbus (cute huh?) Island. Unfortunately Sally and Co. get cought by Dr. R. and imprisoned on Nimbus Island. Sonic gets to the island, but he can’t get Sally and Co. out of their prison before Dr. R seeds the clouds, when he tries to stop the Cloudburster he goes into a daydream of his nightmare and he’s frozen on the spot. Will he wake up in time? Will he manage to stop Robotnik before Acid Rain starts to pour?

#11. Sonic Boom

While on a mission to sabotage Robotnik’s latest weapon (stealth bots) Sally discovers an old message sent to here by her father. Nicole tracks the origin of the message as a place called Dark Swamp. On their way out of Robotropolis the fourth member of their party (Cat) gets captured. While Sonic goes after him, Sally takes Ant with her to find her father. Sonic finds Cat who tells him he needs to get Sally (because Robotnik knows she’s in the swamp and is planning on capturing here). Sonic leaves Cat saying he’ll be back to get him. Sally and Ant have found the one structure in the swamp, a place called Ironlock Prison. Sonic catches up with them after they enter it and find King Acorn’s cell. Sally starts to work on the computer that is in their and discovers a message for her telling her to check "the Subter File." This file is a complete map of the network of tunnels under Robotropolis. Unfortuantely they fall into a booby trap and land in some of these tunnels, then a giant mutant like thing with one eye and big teeth starts walking towards them. Will Sonic defeat this menace? Will he return in time to save Cat? And what of the Stealth Bots? Will they be destroyed or will they destroy the Freedom Fighters?

#12. Super Sonic

While Sal, Bunny, and Rotor are working on building a water wheel. One of Nicole’s circuits goes kaput. So Sonic and Sal head in to Robotropolis to find a replacement part. Whiel their Sally ends up in a place called the forbidden zone (oh they fixed Nicole too). It’s a place where an evil sorcerer named Lazaar lies asleep. Sonic heads there to get his computer which has a bunch of spells. But at the same time so does Dr. R. Robotnik gets there first and retrieves the computer then leaves. Sonic arrives after Lazaar has awakened, Lazaar thought that he had come to steal his computer. Lazaar imprisoned him while he tried to think what to do about Robotnik, meanwhile Robotnik teleported Sally and Bunny into his headquarters and used a submission spell on them. Sonic convinced Lazaar to release him as long as he promised to return Lazaar’s computer. Unfortunately to make Sonic keep his promise Lazaar took his speed. Will Sonic retrieve the computer? Will he ever get his speed back? Will he save everyone or will they all be roboticized?

#13. Sonic And The Secret Scrolls

Sally, Bunny, and Rotor have made something else this time, it’s a plane. Sally plans to use this plane to reach the city of Maga, so she can find the legendary secret scrolls of power. Sonic doesn’t think the plan’ll fly (mainly cause Robotnik woudl pick it up on radar). But Sally, Bunny, Rotor, and Ant take off for Maga in the plane while Sonic runs below. When they try to land they don’t have enough room, fortunately Sonic saves them before they run off the ledge. They have to go from place to place solving a couple of riddles to find these scrolls. They find them and solve the final riddle to get them, then Robotnik shows up. Sonic creates a dust cloud for the others to escape while he distracts Robotnik. Eventually Sonic lures Robotnik to a place called "The Breath of Mobius" (a giant tunnal in the ground that blows widns in excess of 175 mph). Sonic hides in the tunnel while Robotnik and Snively stand at the entrance. He'll save the others and stop Robotnik, but will Sonic survive the deadly wind? And what will they do with the scrolls?

#15. Sonic Conversion

While Robotnik was developing his latest weapon (the Virtual Reality Shriek Bot) Sally and Sonic were coming up with deroboticizer parts (again). Sonic and Sally discover the Shriek Bot, and that Sonic’s Uncle is one of the ‘bots thats helping to build it. After a botched rescue attempt Sonic and Sally head back home to continue work and testing of the De-roboticizer. They test it out on Bunnie, and it miraculously works. Sonic (against Sallys warnings) heads to Robotropolis to get his Uncle. He returns with him, but when they try to de-robot him, it fails and they have to cage him up while Sonic goes into Robotropolis for replacement parts. He returns with the parts, and they manage to de-robot his Uncle. Chuck helps the FFs until all of a sudden he reverts, capturing Tails and Ant. He takes them to Robotropolis. Will Sonic arrive in time to save Tails and Antione from certain Roboticization? What will become of Uncle Chuck, and waht about that Shriek Bot? Is it actually faster than Sonic, and will it destroy him?

#16. No Brainer

Sonic is in the sewers (getting a chili dog from a vending machine) when he discovers where Robotnik moved the roboticizer to (he and Sal had to cancel a mission because Dr. R moved the roboticizer). He goes after it so that he can rescue the mobians who are being put in the roboticizer. He frees them, but in the process he gets hit with a memory scrambler beam (now he has amnesia).

Snively makes Sonic believe that he is working for him. Sonic heads back to Knothole and finds Tails (ironic isn’t it that Tails is always the first to see whats different about his friends (i.e. Sally’s Robot duplicate). Sally hides everyoen in Knothole just in time, because Sonic gave the coordinates to Snively. Before Snively found their hiding place (an old hollow stump) Tails, Sally, and Uncle Chuck, left to get a power ring to try to jog Sonic’s memory.

They get it and jog Sonic’s memory, but not before Snively finds the hiding place and uses his memory scrambler on the freedom fighters. Snively launches stealth bots to get the rest of the freedom fighters. Will they stop the stealth bots? Will Sonic rescue the brain fried freedom fighters? And what of Knothole? Will the Freedom Fighters have to leave?

#17. Blast To The Past - Part One

When a mission into Robotropolis results in the roboticization of two FFs, Sally and Sonic blame themselves. Sonic believes that they should have taken down Robotnik before he took over, the only problme being that they were only five at that time. It isn?t till Dulcy reminds them about the timestones (mythical stones that transport you back in time). Supposedly Dulcy ran into the Floating Island that the stones are on, so Sonic and Sally head for the island. When they get to the island they have have to enter a palace, but two stone guards coem alive and run after them (interesting note here, after they eliminated the guards, if you look at the background scenery the guards are still present in front of the palace). They travel through a maze of stairs and found the time stones, then they focused on the time and place of "palace fountain 3224." Despite the fact that Sonic?s thoughts turned to Chili Dogs, they arrived in that year by the palace fountain. They met up with Sonic?s Uncle Chuck (who was taking care of Sonic (so if you can imagine having two Sonic?s in one place) who was playing with Sally) and told him what was going to happen. That?s when they discovered that Uncle Chuck invented the Roboticizer and that Warlord Julian (Dr. Robotnik) stole it from him. They also found out that they had arrived on the 15th instead of a week earlier the coup was that night. After Sonic and Sally had left for the castle, the children (including Bunnie, Rotor, and Antione) went after them and were captured by Dr. R. Sonic and Sally got to the King and told him what was going to happen, but just as they finished Julian arrived, changing his name to Dr. R and the city?s from Mobotropolis to Robotropolis.....

They recapped what happened in the last episode then continued on with the coup. Sonic escaped with Sally from Robotnik while Uncle Chuck made a distraction. Sonic returned to the hut they had left but the children were no longer there. They were arrested there, and when they were brought to the prison cells they found the children in another cell. Robotnik launched his destroyer and started warming up the Roboticizer when Sonic and Sally sabotaged it. They quickly got to a computer terminal (downloaded the orig. Roboticizer plans) and discovered that the destroyer was heading towards the Great Forest (something that had not happened in the original time line). They went after the destroyer (with a side trip to rescue Sabina, who is Dulcy?s mom), Sabina came and helped Sonic destroy the destroyer. They made as quick a trip back as they could (picking up Sallys nanny Rosie on the way) Dr. R just began roboticizing Mobians when Sonic arrived (he had already done one and was in the process of roboticizing Uncle Chuck). Will Sonic manage to save the Freedom Fighters? Will they return to their normal time? What are the concequences of their time travel escapade?

#19. Fed Up With Antione/Ghost Busted

Fed up with Antione:
After nearly revealing the Freedom Fighter?s blind drop location, and completely messing up during a karate lesson (tutored by Bunnie this time only), Antione heads into the forest where he is picked up by a gang of hyenas. When Ant tries to defend himself (saying he is a King-Fu artist) the Hyenas claim him as their king. Unkown to Ant these hyenas are a cannibal tribe that eat their kings. Sonic has to go in and not just convince Ant but get him out as well. Sonic does save him, basically just as he?s thrown in the pot. Ghost Busted:
Sonic is teaching Tails how to track people or things, when Ant throws it aways by yelling. He believes that he saw a ghost. That night while sitting around a campfire, Sonic tells Tails a ghost story, then they go to bed. Tails wakes up during the night and notices that Ant is missing. Sonic goes to find out whats wrong while Tails follows. Tails finds what appears to be a ghost, then when he goes to tell Sonic, Sonic is talking to the ghost. Tails, believeing that the ghost brainwashed Sonic, tries to head for help, running smack into the ghost and landing in front of it, which turns out to be nothing more than Antione wwho slept walked into some foxfire bushes. The next morning they?re packing up and Tails finds a medallion from Sonic?s story and they see the ghost out of the story. (Seriously these two were kidna looney in my opinion).

#20. Dulcy

After several weird spells where Dulcy can?t control her wings or even her own mind. Sally discovers that Dulcy has a calling to go to a place called "Dragon?s Nest," it?s a place where all lady dragons go eventually. But just as Sonic and Sally find this out so does Robotnik, Sonic heads for the Nest but just as he arrives they notice a dragon being pulled into one of Dr.R?s hoverunits. Just as he?s about to turn back because he believes he was too late, Dulcy flies onto the scene heading straight for the nest. Sonic, realizing that Dr.R got a different dragon, heads after Dulcy. Dulcy discovers a large dragon egg, she carries it along with Sonic and Sally back to Knothole (where she makes her only perfect landing) and they get Bunnie to take care of the egg while Sonic, Dulcy, and Sally head into Robotropolis to rescue the egg?s mother. Will they be able to rescue the mother before she's roboticized?

#21. The Void

While running around the Great Unkown, Sonic nearly gets pulled into the Void (The big vortex taht King Acorn (Sally’s dad) got pullled into), he escapes it and just as he does so he discovers a weird looking ring. He takes the ring to Sally back in Knothole, it’s supposedly a ring from a race of giants, but when Sonic elaves to talk to his Uncle Chuck in Robotropolis the ring gives off some form of energy that traps both Sally and Bunnie who were analyzing it. This energy takes them into the void where they discover Ixis Naugus, who was a former royal wizard. Sonic goes after them and enters the void (after being chased by Dr.R). When Robotnik can’t close the void he sets a guard on it so that Sonic can’t escape. While Sonic’s in the void Naugus asks him to help him get out of the void. Sonic won’t help and when they try to escape Naugus tricks him by impersonating the king. Will Naugus let Sonic return for the King? What is going to happen to Dr. R with this new threat?

#22. The Odd Couple / Ro-Becca

The Odd Couple: After Sonic’s hut is destroyed, he has to go room with Antione till he can rebuild his hut (they are in the middle of a snow storm so it’s quite difficult to rebuild). Unfortunatley Ant is an over-neat freak. He ends up going crazy and completely trashing his house. Sonic gets sick of it and leaves to try and re-build his hut even though the storm is still raging.

Ro-Becca: While asisting Rotor to build a robot as an assistant Antione activates the robot (Ro-Becca) while Rotor is gone. Ro-Becca falls for Antione and Ant tries to find a way to escape from her. He manages for a little but then she falls for him again. (Just like in the last two episodes about Ant it wasn’t all that interesting.)

#23. Cry Of The Wolf

When Robotnik’s new TestPod (a prototype DoomsdayPod) gets sabotaged by a freedom fighting group known as the Wolf Pack, he sounds out Snively with a force to capture them. At the same time, Sonic and Sally (along with Antione and Dulcy) are looking for this same group. Following one of the known routes Sonic ran into a giant lightning storm, he escaped though. When they finally do reach their destination, it turns out to be just a canyon with an inscription on one of the walls talking about a curse (Ant is scared stiff). It isn’t until they discover a hidden passage into a cave and a system of tunnels that they find a member of the Wolf Pack. He leads them to the main group, Lupe (their leader) accepts their help and proposal to start a freedom fighter’s network. Then they have to take out the doomsday pod. After using a powerful laser cannon, burying it, blowing it up, and wrecking it, it still works. Will they destroy this new weapon? Or will it slowly wipe out Mobius? Will they form a network of freedom fighters?

#24. Drood Henge

Robotnik is looking for the Deep Power Stones (stones with incredible power). Sonic and Tails find out that Robotnik already has one and tell the rest, which decide that they must keep Robotnik from finding the second stone. Tails devises a plan involving a fake stone to make Robotnik believe that it was destroyed. Then Sonic and Co. find the second stone. (This is the episode where Tails actually ebcame a legitimate freedom fighter).

#25. Spy Hog

Robotnik is convinced that he is being spied upon (he?s right of course, Sonic?s Uncle Chuck has spied on him for a long time). He sets a trap for the spy, into which Antione falls. While Snively tries to break Antione (not very hard huh?) Sally and Bunny break into the construction site of the Doomsday Machine (using a flying vehicle and security transponder that Rotor found in the great swamp. Probably the same ones that Ari ditched in the same swamp). Sonic rescues Antione, then Snively discovers Uncle Chuck's hiding place. Robotnik nearly makes Uncle Chuck Reveal the Location of Knothole (not willingly of course, Robotnik forces him cause he?s a robot). Does Sonic arrives in time to rescue Uncle Chuck?

#26. The Doomsday Project

The name says it all. This was the last episode of the second season. Robotnik has finished the Doomsday machine and Sonic and Co. must stop it. On their first attempt to destroy the Machine, using explosives, Sonic gets captured because of something called Diamond Dome Glass, which is protecting the core of the Machine. He is very nearly roboticized, until he escapes HE managed to escape (barely). Sonic then proceeds to steal the other power stone which Robotnik unwittingly left in Robotropolis, and Sally and Sonic, using Rotor's "Metal Eating Balloons" (Filled with a chemical that eats metal) break into the DM. The quesiton is. Will Sonic and Sally manage to destroy the Doomsday Machine?
