SatAM is basically about the Freedom Fighters (Sonic, Sally, Bunnie Rabbot, Antoine, Rotor, Dulcy the Dragon, and Tails)and the long war against Robotnik to free Mobius from his evil, tyrannic rule and win what will be called the Great War.

The Freedom Fighters, and the few citizens that escaped the mass roboticizations, live in Knothole, a small, secret city hidden in the Great Forest, which growns near Robotropolis. During their missions they meet many different Mobians. There were 26 episoded including the first and second season. There was a cliffhanger at the end of the second season, but the third seasons was never showed. This show was renowned for its plot, character development, and mature themes. Power Rangers (that stupid show!) booted it off the air because its popularity eclipsed SatAM, but the show lives on in the Archie comics.
