WSonic87:I was living overseas at the time, my grandmother sent me tapes with shows like ReBoot, Free Willy, and other such shows. My favorite was to find Sonic the Hedgehog the ABC Saturday morning series. I saw most of them there and was awed by the season 2 finale. "Doomsday," one of the best episodes made for that series. Then the next tape had a repeat episode. Then the one after that and so on. ABC had cancelled it before they started the series up again.
That was a ways back. Since then I looked over the net, searching for what happened next. Other sites informed me of the future plans that were never fulfilled. I managed to get all of the episodes for myself and this only furthered my desire to find more. Some sites just gave information on what would supposedly happen next. Others had their own way of showing what was up next. For some of these, the updates were too slow in coming and I didn't like the storyline. So, years after ABC foolishly took the series off the air, I decided to write that lost 3rd season. While it doesn't truly stay to form and go along with what they said, I kept some of the basic ideas. A few ideas I used were things I liked from other shows, comics, people, etc. Mainly I try to come up with as much original stuff as I can while using things from the first two seasons.
Now, a continuation of the cliff-hangar ending that ABC left us with "Doomsday." A new day has dawned. Robotnik has apparently been defeated and the Doomsday Machine is destroyed. The Freedom Fighters can now live peacefully and spend a while rebuilding their lost past and stabilizing their futures. Or can they? Enemies and problems still exist. Can Sally maintain the kingdom without the steady guiding hand of her father? Can Snively truly do a better job than Dr. Robotnik himself? What has happened to the families of the rest of the Freedom Fighters? Were they roboticized and destroyed, or were they killed during the Great War before it was ended by Warlord Julian? What is the answer to these questions? Is there an answer? Why do I keep asking questions to answer them? That's why SatAm needs a 3rd season, and here it is. Written to the best of my ability.
