I'm WSonic. Commonly known as Wes, Sonic, Wesu Harinezumi (note the silent "u"). Pretty much, I'm just me. I'm a geek and an adventurer. I'll sit down (fidgeting all the while) and discuss the capabilities or pros and cons of the Intel Pentium 4 vs the AMD Athlon 64 with you until you can't take it anymore. But at the same time, I love to move. Running, the thrills of flight, climbing, anything exciting. I try to live life to the max as much as I can. What do I do? I'm prety much the u83r 4m473u|2 journalist for TSW. I also fill in where I'm needed and do my best to fullfill my duties (read: I get to play with cool stuff).

In real life, my name denotes the meaning "Determined Protector." I am truly proud of my name as it denotes the style and type of person I strive to be. That is and has always been the classification of "Hero." I'm the kind of guy who can't stand an injustice. I'm that geek in the front row who stood up and told the teacher that they messed up on the grading (whether or not it increased mine, hehe). I stand for justice and I strive for the safeguarding of others.

As such, I'm a patron of heroics. I spend hours reading, playing games, and watching anime. The one thing that maintains through all of these is my need to find a hero. Mainly I've only found the kinds of true heroes I like in video games and anime (no, I'm not an anime junkie, I watch only specific ones for specific things, like a great hero). I read for the satisfaction of good overcoming evil, of a person striving beyond himself for the good of others. I do not enjoy those "realistic" books where the hero doesn't always win, or the main character dies. If I wan't reality I'll just walk down the block and find some. When I can't find a good book, I sit down and try to write one (one of these days you'll see a novel sitting on a store shelf someday... hopefully). Hero's are my music, my entertainment, they are what I strive to be. I am and always will be a gamer. I'm a member of online gaming clans (Alpha Strike Force, or Independent Players Guild if anyone's ever heard of them) and am one of the last few l337 /\/\3m83r5 0f 73|-| great game >< \/ 7|3 fighter (You'll find I'm the first person to have used 1337 Scottesh as well, go ahead and ask me sometime).

Why am I a part of TSW? Ok, so I'm a college student. I've had friends around me who constantly tell me I need to grow up. I'll tell ya this though; there is not one thing (fictionally speaking) that I enjoy more than playing, watching, or reading Sonic the Hedgehog.

The only thing I'm more interested/intrigued by than video games and heroes is my faith. If you ever have a question, ask away and I'll do my best to answer!

For now, bring on the Fighter Pilot Sims, the RPGS, the Action/Adventure! Bring on the heroes and the knights of Honor. As they said in Zero Wing, "For Great Justice."
